What we’ll cover:
We expect a lot from our truck drivers: working changing shifts, driving in adverse weather, surrounded by amateur drivers, sometimes heavy physical labor, long hours behind the wheel. And, we expect them to be on time for delivery appointments, and deliver the freight in perfect shape.
Do you think there might be some stress and health risk for our drivers? We definitely think so. These challenges can be met a little easier if the driver is in good physical health and good mental health. This presentation is designed to remind us all of the importance of proper nutrition, exercise and stress management. It can make a big difference in the well being of our employees.
